There are NO Refunds on any orders.

Please note that all shipping is done through Canada Post and depending where it is being shipped to it may take 3 to 7 days or longer.

By ordering Cookie Pizzas, you agree to the terms and conditions on this website, please be sure to read below as well as our policy page prior to ordering.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, STOELN, DAMAGED PACKAGES/ITEMS OR THE DELAY OF THE SHIPPMENT. ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DROPPED OFF AT COURIER, IT IS IN THE HANDS OF THE COURIER. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR PACKAGE OUTSIDE FOR ANIMALS, HEAT, OR PORCH PIRATES! 

During warmer months some toppings may melt during transit, and/or may arrive softer depending on their flavour. We do our best to prevent damaged cookies however, we cannot control the temperature and how it may affect the cookies. Please only order if you are okay with this, thank you! 

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Make sure to DOUBLE check! 

 

All cookies are baked fresh and get shipped out same day to ensure freshness and top quality. To ensure that your order does not get stuck at the post office, shipments go out early on in the week. 

Based on your location, once your order is shipped, you should receive your order within 3-7 business days. Orders placed within Ontario will take 3-5 business days to ship.

 

Once your order has left our facility, it is in the hands of that shipping carrier, Cookie Pizzas is not held responsible for lost or damaged goods.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, we are not held responsible for an order being shipped to an incorrect address.
